SEE SCHEDULE O.ST. LOUIS COUNTRY CLUB (THE "CLUB") IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING THE INTELLECTUAL AND SOCIAL CULTURE AND THE MENTAL AND BODILY HEALTH OF ITS MEMBERS AND OF EDUCATING, ENCOURAGING AND AIDING ITS MEMBERS TO PLAY GOLF, TENNIS, POLO AND ALL OTHER OUTDOOR SPORTS, WHICH ARE CONDUCIVE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTH AND VIGOR.
