THE MISSION OF THE SERVICE BUREAU IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL DANCE AND ETIQUETTE LESSONS TO SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN IN ORDER TO RAISE CHARITABLE DONATIONS FOR OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE ST. LOUIS METROPOLITAN AREA.
