VINCENT-ST. MARY HIGH SCHOOL. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION INTENDS TO DEVELOP A CAMPUS FOR ST. VINCENT-ST. MARY HIGH SCHOOL. PURPOSES: 1) TO RECEIVE AND MAINTAIN CASH, SECURITIES, ASSETS AND OTHER PROPERTY, BOTH REAL AND PERSONAL (THE "ASSETS"), AND SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THE ARTICLES, TO USE AND APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE INCOME AND PRINCIPAL OF THESE ASSETS EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, OR EDUCATION PURPOSES EITHER DIRECTLY OR BY CONTRIBUTIONS TO EXEMPT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS. 2) TO ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER ACTIVITY THAT IS PERMISSIBLE FOR AN OHIO NOT-FOR-PROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION, AND TAKE ACTION AND PERFORM ANY FUNCTION INCIDENTAL THERETO.
