Mission
THE PURPOSE OF THE STAFF REPRESENTATIVES UNION IS TO UNITE NON-ELECTED PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY THE UNITED STATES STEELWORKERS OF AMERICA. THROUGH THE PROCESS OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, THE UNION WORKS TOWARD IMPROVING WORKING CONDITIONS, ADEQUATE SALARIES, PENSION, AND INSURANCE STANDARDS AND THE MAXIMUM DEGREE OF JUSTICE, SECURITY, AND DIGNITY FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
