PROVDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS THAT GRADUATE FROM SISD; PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO THE SISD FACULTY; PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR SUPPLEMENTAL CURRICULAR AND/OR EXTRACURRICULAR PROGRAMS IN SISD; COLLECT, SOLICIT, AND ACCEPT FUNDS OR OTHER SUBSCRIPTIONS SO AS TO CONTRIBUTE TO AND FURTHER CORPORATION'S PURPOSE; AND FURE THE AFOREMENTIONED PURPOSES IN SUCH A MANNER THAT WOULD NOT DISQUALIFY THE CORPORATION FROM STATUS AS A 401(C)(3) CORPORATION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE IRC.
