CONNECT PRODUCERS, TEACHERS, LEADERS, INDUSTRY AND BUSINESS IN AN EFFORT TO OFFER ENCOURAGEMENTAND RECOGNITION TO VIRGINIA'S YOUTH AS THEY PARTICIPATE IN COMPETITIONS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
