THIS WOULD INCLUDE ORGANIZATIONS WHOSE MEMBERS ARE EMPLOYED WITH THE MARYLAND STATE POLICE, THE NATURAL RESOURCES POLICE, THE STATE FOREST AND PARK SERVICE, THE MARYLAND DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES, THE MARYLAND STATE FIRE MARSHALS, OR ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE POLICE AGENCY OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND WHICH IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PROCESS.
