Mission

The State Leadership mission is to equip states to deliver inspiring reforms. Our focus is not on elections or legislation but on the harder work that follows: turning policy into reality through disciplined sustained execution. That means confronting the entrenched bureaucracy within state government ensuring key personnel are mission-aligned and directing agencies boards and commissions with clarity and resolve. In short we exist to make sure that when citizens win at the ballot box they also win in the daily machinery of governance.
