TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE SOLE BENEFIT OF THE ATHLETES OF STEEL CITY ALL STARS. TO ASSIST IN INCREASING THE NUMBER OF ATHLETES WHO ARE ABLE TO TAKE PART IN STEEL CITY ALL STARS CHEER, DANCE OR PRIVATE INSTRUCTION BY CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ATHLETES TO SUPPORT THEMSELVES IN COMPETITIVE CHEERLEADING.
