THE MISSION OF THE STRAND IS TO EXPAND AN EMERGING CULTURAL ARTS DISTRICT WITHIN DELAWARE COUNTY OHIO. THE STRAND OPERATES ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS TO FOSTER THE PUBLIC'S APPRECIATION OF FILMS AND HISTORIC MOVIE THEATERS AS PART OF THE AMERICAN CULTURE.
