Students Matter continues to engage in defending the rights of school children. This past year, in support of the children while moving to a distant learning environment, Students Matter supported the families of LAUSD in their pursuit of adequate support for at home students. We continue to find opportunities where we can elevate the rights of children including the pursuit of defining children as a protected legal class of citizenry, creating a CA constitutional amendment protecting the childrens right to a quality education.
