SUMMIT HILLS COUNTRY CLUB IS ORGANIZED FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS. THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO PROVIDE SOCIAL INTERACTION, ATHLETIC AND OTHER AMUSEMENTS AMONG ITS MEMBERS.
