THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A PRIVATE CLUB FOR ITS MEMBERS. THE SPECIFIC PUROPOSE SHALL BE A SOCIAL CLUB AS A MEETING PLACE WHERE THE PRIVATE MEMBERS CAN HOLD MEETINGS & GATHER TO PROMOTE SAFE BOATING PRACTICES & INTEREST IN SAILING & BOATING.
