IN ORDER TO SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE SOCIETY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SERVING AS A LEVERAGE LENDER IN THE NEW MARKET TAX CREDIT (NMTC) FINANCING OF THE GARDEN EXPANSION AND GUARANTEEING CERTAIN OBLIGATIONS OF THE SOCIETY WITH RESPECT THERETO.
