SURPLUS LINE ASSOCIATION OF ILLINOIS WAS CREATED BY PUBLIC ACT 83-1300 OF THE ILLINOIS LEGISLATURE TO SERVE AS A LIAISON BETWEEN THE STATE AND SURPLUS LINE LICENSEES FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPORTING TO THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.
