THE SCC FOUNDATION, INC WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1966 AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO STUDENTS WHERE NEEDED AND TO PROMOTING FACULTY AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND OTHER ACTIVITIES WHICH ENHANCE THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT OF SURRY COMMUNITY
