ADMINISTERING THE PROGRAMS OF THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AND OTHER APPROPRIATE AGENCIES IN THE PRIMARILY AFOREMENTIONED TEN COUNTY AREA.2. WORKING WITH THE THREE SIGNIFICANT GROUPS IN THE COMMUNITY; THAT IS, THE POOR, THE PUBLIC SECTOR AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR, TO SEEK OUT, IDENTIFY AND ELIMINATE THE CAUSE OF POVERTY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.3.
