TO PROVIDE A VENUE FOR LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS OR INDIVIDUALS TO HOLD SOCIAL OR EDUCATIONAL EVENTS THAT WILL BE LOW OR NO COST. THE PROVISION OF THIS VENUE IS INTENDED TO PROMOTE A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND TO ENCOURAGE AGRICULTURAL EXPLORATION.
