FOR 23 YEARS, TEACH KENTUCKY HAS RECRUITED COLLEGE GRADUATES POSSESSING STRONG ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS AND SUBJECT CONTENT KNOWLEDGE TO LAUNCH THEIR EDUCATION CAREERS IN THE LOUISVILLE, KY REGION. NEW RECRUITS BEGIN A MASTERS OF ARTS IN TEACHING AT A LOCAL UNIVERSITY WHILE EARNING A FULL-TIME SALARY IN THE CLASSROOM AS A TEACHER OF RECORD. MANY OF OUR TEACHERS WORK IN HIGH POVERTY SCHOOLS, WHERE THE NEED FOR TALENTED EDUCATIONS IS THE GREATEST.
