Foster national and international sports competition and to support and develop amateur atheletes for that competition. To promote athletic excellence in sports, unity, cooperation, sportsmanship in competition and educational opportunities to students in local, national and international arenas. Providing a basis to work for the advancement of young athletes in athletic venues as they progress through the educational system.
