TO PROVIDE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN IN MIDDLE SCHOOL TO TWENTY YEARS OF AGE WITH A TEEN CENTER WHERE THEY CAN PARTICIPATE IN SPECIAL INTEREST ACTIVITIES AND COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES UNIQUE TO SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA, THEREBY DEVELOPING GOOD CITIZENS FOR THE FUTURE.
