BY EDUCATING TEENS ABOUT CLIMATE CHANGE THIS AMPLIFIES THEIR VOICES TO EMPOWER THEM TO BE THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS AT THE FOREFRONT OF SOLVING THE CLIMATE CRISIS. TO ACHIEVE ITS BOLD VISION OF INTERGENERATIONAL CLIMATE CHANGE, TTOC ALSO FOCUSES ON ADDRESSING THE DISPROPORTIONATE EFFECTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON COMMUNITIES PLAGUED BY SYSTEMIC RACISM. TO THAT END, TTOC WORKS TO BUILD A COMMUNITY OF TEENS, CLIMATE LEADERS, AND ORGANIZATIONS COMMITTED TO DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION TO FIGHT CLIMATE CHANGE FOR ALL.
