CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE OTEL HAI RETIREMENT COMMUNITY'S MISSION STATEMENT IS TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY CARE AND SERVICES TO ENHANCE PERSONAL DIGNITY, AUTONOMY AND LIFELONG ENRICHMENT AS A DEMONSTRATION OF CHRIST'S LOVE FOR ALL PERSONS.
