THE TENNESSEE COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER ASSOCIATION (TNCHWA) IS A STATEWIDE ORGANIZATION DESIGNED TO EMPOWER COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS INDIVIDUALLY AND AS A PROFESSION THROUGH ADVOCACY AND SUPPORT, TO ADVANCE A HEALTHIER TENNESSEE, AND TO SERVE AS THE PRIMARY, TRUSTED ORGANIZATION FOR ALL COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS AS THEY STRIVE TO IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR TENNESSEANS.
