TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP TO CAREER AND VOLUNTEER FIRE CHIEFS, OFFICERS & MANAGERS OF EMERGENCY SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE THROUGH VISION, INFORMATION, EDUCATION, SERVICE AND REPRESENTATION TO ENHANCE THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND CAPABILITIES.
