Mission

TOPs is a community outreach organization in northeast King County, targeting at-risk and underserved youth through tennis and educational programs. To support and enhance community services, TOPs operates an indoor multi-use tennis and learning facility. With the facility, TOPs is also able to provide year-round tennis programs, without the restrictions of Pacific Northwest weather. The facility also provides a safe place, including educational opportunities, for kids, both before and after school.
