THE TEXAS COLOR GUARD CIRCUIT'S MISSION IS TO CREATE AND FOSTER POSITIVE, COMPETITIVE, AND EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES THROUGH THE PAGEANTRY ARTS, BOTH WITHIN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THROUGHOUT THE AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS.
