Mission
The charitable purpose of Texas Essential Healthcare Partnerships Foundation is to increase the amount of Medicaid funding available to support medical care for the medically indigent population in various counties in the state of Texas.The grant program is designed to increase the flow of Medicaid and other supplemental federal healthcare funds to Texas patients, consistent with applicable federal and state requirements.
