The organization's purpose is to provide matching education and scholarship funds to students for attaining higher education. Individuals and companies can make donations to the foundation to be used to supplement the college savings of families with demonstrated need who own accounts in the state's prepaid tuition plan, the Texas Tuition Promise Fund.
