THE TEXAS MUNICIPAL COURTS ASSOCIATION (TMCA) WAS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE, TRAINING, AND SUPPORT FOR MUNICIPAL COURT PERSONNEL TO IMPROVE THE FAIR AND IMPARTIAL ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE IN THE MUNICIPAL COURTS.
