THE TEXAS NURSES FOUNDATION (THE "FOUNDATION") WAS ESTABLISHED TO RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS AND PROVIDE FUNDING TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF TEXANS THROUGH CHARITABLE INITIATIVES THAT ADVANCE NURSING PRACTICE, EDUCATION, RESEARCH, AND/OR LEADERSHIP.
