THE FOUNDATION SHALL RECEIVE, MANAGE AND INVEST CONTRIBUTIONS, GIFTS AND BEQUESTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ACTS, INC. AND IN SUPPORT OF ITS RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
