THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO SUPPORT ENTREPRENEURS IN BUILDING THE SKILL SETS NEEDED TO LAUNCH, RUN AND GROW THEIR BUSINESSES THROUGH PRACTICAL EDUCATION; THEREBY CREATING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND JOBS, WHICH BENEFIT THE FOUNDERS AND SOCIETY AS A WHOLE. THE ORGANIZATION PUTS PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THOSE GROUPS WHICH ARE HISTORICALLY UNDER-REPRESENTED IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATIVE COMMUNITIES, SUCH AS WOMEN AND RURAL ENTREPRENEURS.
