THE ALLIANCE WORKS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY OF SERVICES, PROVIDE A VOICE FOR MEMBER AGENCIES AND THE PEOPLE THEY SERVE AT THE CITY AND STATE LEVELS, AND CREATE A VENUE FOR COLLABORATION, PROBLEM SOLVING AND INFORMATION SHARING.
