THE ACTEC FOUNDATION PROMOTES SCHOLARSHIP AND EDUCATION IN TRUST, ESTATE, TAX, AND RELATED AREAS OF THE LAW BY SUPPORTING SCHOLARSHIP TO IMPROVE THE LAW AND BY ENCOURAGING TEACHING, CAREERS AND LIFE-LONG LEARNING IN THE AREA.
