EAC GRANTS FUNDS TO INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS AND ARTS AND CULTURE ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH ITS ENDOWMENTS AND REGRANTING THROUGH ITS PCA PARTNERSHIP.
