Mission
The Corporation shall be operated exclusively for the charitable purpose of providing shared workspace, tools, peer mentoring, and educational resources for use by members and the community on projects relating to engineering, science, art, and technology, to facilitate collaboration and growth in these fields, for the betterment of society.
