THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA 4-H YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ENGAGES YOUTH IN REACHING THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL WHILE ADVANCING THE FIELD OF POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT.
