Mission

The Capitol Symphonic Youth Orchestras provides a creative environment where young musicians from the greater Washington D.C. area come together to rehearse and perform orchestral music. Student musicians receive instruction from local professional musicians through regular, weekly rehearsals as well as sectional rehearsals where individual sections of the orchestras receive specialized instruction specific to their instrument.
