IT IS THE AGENCY'S GOAL TO AFFORD PEOPLE WE SERVE A SETTING AND THE MECHANISMS TO DIMINISH THOSE MAL ADAPTIVE TRAITS WHICH HAVE BEEN OBSTACLES TO FULL PARTICIPATION IN COMMUNITY LIVING.
