Grants are made according to the trust agreement dated May 15, 1950. TIAA, FSB as trustee makes distributions according to the direction of the Reverend Mother of Carmel Monastery. The Rev Mother has the right to revoke, modify or add to the trust. Funds shall be used for the benefit of the Carmel of Mary Immaculate Monastery. TIAA maintains a responsiveness to the needs and activities of the monastery in the attainment of its mission.
