TO OFFER DENTAL SERVICES AND ORAL AND MAXILLO-FACIAL SURGERY TO DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED, AUTISTIC, INDIGENT PATIENTS, AS WELL AS, THE GENERAL COMMUNITY. TO PROMOTE PATIENT EDUCATION TO REDUCE DENTAL DISEASE IN DISABLED, AUTISTIC, INDIGENT PATIENTS, AS WELL AS, THE GENERAL COMMUNITY.
