THE FOREMOST PURPOSE OF THE COTTLE FOUNDATION IS TO GRANT SCHOLARSHIPS TO WORTHY AND OUTSTANDING CITIZENS WHO DEMONSTRATE CRITICAL FINANCIAL NEEDS DUE TO A LACK OF, OR ABSENCE OF, FINANCIAL SUPPORT, AND WHO DESIRE TO BE A SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTOR TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF SOCIETY.
