THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA BAR FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO RAISE FUNDS FOR ORGANIZATIONS IN THE DISTRICT THAT PROVIDE HANDS-ON LEGAL SERVICES TO RESIDENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD LEGAL ASSISTANCE.
