THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS THE SUPPORT THE EAST DUBUQUE LIBRARY'S MISSION. THE EAST DUBUQUE LIBRARY SERVES HOUSEHOLDS FROM EAST DUBUQUE TO MENOMINEE AND HAS APPROXIMATELY 900 CARD HOLDERS. THE FOUNDATION WORKS TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE LIBRARY.
