TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY THROUGH SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE AND IMMEDIATE NEEDS SUCH AS FOOD, CLOTHING, EMERGENCY HOME REPAIRS ETC. ALSO, ENCOURAGING LOCAL CHURCHES TO IDENTIFY AND ASSIST THE POOR IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
