THE STIPEND PROGRAM PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR DESERVING INDIVIDUALS TO ATTEND THE NACDA ANNUAL CONVENTION WHO OTHERWISE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ATTEND.
