1) THE ORGANIZATION HEREIN REFERRED TO AS THE "CLUB", WILL OPERATE AS A VENUE FOR LIKE-MINDED BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS TO GATHER FOR THEIR MUTUAL BENEFIT. THIS WILL COMPRISE 90% - 95% OF THE ACTIVITY. THE CLUB ENCOURAGES COMMINGLING AND FELLOWSHIP AMONG THE MEMBERS AND WILL STRIVE TO BUILD CAMARADERIE.THE CLUB WILL HOST VARIOS EVENTS THROUGH-OUT THE YEAR TO BRING MEMBERS TOGETHER. EXAMPLES OF EVENTS ARE FRIDAY NIGHT GUEST BAR TENDERS, THEME PARTY EVENTS FOR HOLIDAYS, AND SPORT GATHERINGS FOR UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING (LOCAL) FOOTBALL GAMES BEING AIRED ON PUBLIC TV.THE CLUB WILL ALSO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THE SUCESS OF THE MEMBERS' CHILDREN. THIS WILL BE DONE INI VARIOUS WAYS, SUCH AS HELPING THEM WITH PUBLIC CHARITY CAUSES OR SPECIAL EVENTS TO INVOLVE THE MEMBERS FAMILIES.
