BECAUSE OF ITS PROXIMITY TO TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY, IT IS THEIR INTENTION TO FOCUS ENERGY ON ITS STUDENTS AND ALUMNI MEMBERS WHO ATTEND, OR ATTENDED, TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY AND OTHER ALUMNI MEMBERS OF PHI KAPPA ALPHA FRATERNITY LIVING IN THE SURROUNDING AREA.
