THE CORPORATION'S PURPOSE IS TO USE RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY DATA TO EDUCATE PRACTITIONERS AND THE PUBLIC TO IMPROVE HEALTHCARE. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED UTILIZING DIGITAL DATA TO PROVIDE MORE PRECISE PATIENT CARE AND TRAINING TO MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS WILL BE HIRED TO ANALYZE ELECTRONIC DATA BASES AND DOCUMENT THEIR FINDINGS AND PRESENT IT TO THE PUBLIC AND TO TRAIN MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. THE CORPORATION WILL ALSO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITH MEDICAL PROGRAMS AS WELL AS PROFESSIONALS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. THE CORPORATION WILL CARRY OUT THESE ACTIVITIES AND ITS OPERATIONS THROUGH FUNDING FROM GIFTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS,PRIVATE CORPORATIONS, AND GOVERNMENTAL GRANTS. THE PUBLISHING OF PUBLIC HEALTH DATA WILL ALLOW THE PUBLIC TO LIVE HEALTHIER LIVES AND TRAINED DOCTORS WILL LEAD TO BETTER PATIENT CARE.
